  • Created scripts and moderated user testing interviews.

  • Designed and prepared the Findings and Recommendations Report.

Challenges

Minnesota Women’s Press (MWP) is in need of a usability test to asses its current website.

Goals/Outcome

Provide a Findings & Recommendations Report on our usability analysis of MWP’s mobile website.

Process & Methods

An initial heuristic analysis was conducted to evaluate the severity of MWP’s mobile website. Remote usability testing was conducted through bluetree.ai- a software simulating a mobile iPhone device. Participants consented to be audio and video recorded through Zoom. In addition, moderator and observer scripts were created by our team.

After gathering participant data, our team moved into affinity diagramming, connecting all the common frustrations.
